My sister picked up our annual stash of peaches from Porter Oklahoma. These are the best I have ever had.....yellow or white. Their white ones are incredible but they are not ready yet so we went with the yellow. Jamie decided we were going to make peach jam and I wanted to make peach pie filling so we made both. It's been years since I did any canning but I now remember the huge mess it makes. Wow. BUT the peach jam is awesome and I think the peach pie filling will be too.
