What a weekend!

(Warning...... this post is very picture heavy and I love it.)
We had a very busy weekend....to say the least! Friday night the last of all the grandkids (my parents') graduated from high school. Wow can't believe Austin is old enough and he was also an honors graduate. So proud of him and all the kids. They have all done very well and that's really something because there are 12 of them. These pictures are not of the graduate but are some of the cute little cousins at the after party.
Then on Saturday we had Isaiah's first birthday party. Time really needs to slow down.
Then we had Memorial day activities. Whew, fun weekend but very busy.

View from my backyard

This will be one of the last spring views of my backyard at this house especially with all the toys. Our patio is not fancy or staged but is made for enjoying which we do. The boys and their parents will be moving out at the end of the summer, we will be selling our house and then building our house and have a new view. I'll miss this but we are really excited to build our little cabin.

Farm Fresh

Farm Fresh! No it doesn't mean fresh from the farm like fresh eggs or yummy fresh veggies. Farm Fresh is a vintage collector like me who is having a vintage craft show for two days in June and we (More Than Sisters) are going. Goofy I know to be excited about it but this is our first time to do a TWO day show and for it to be out of town to boot. Road Trip!!! We had a work day/afternoon this past weekend and here is what we worked on.
Next up will be to finish all of our many chalkboards. Of course we will have more than just these two items. Lots of metal, vintage, burlap, lights etc. And this month we celebrate our fifth year "junkin'".

Spring is here and summer is on its way!

One look at these pictures and you can tell spring is here. Just look at those juicy strawberries, handpicked no less. Yum! And if the strawberries weren't sweet enough, ice cream should do the trick.
Of course the T-ball pictures kind of tell you we're not in winter anymore too. Love my family. Looking forward to summer.
Posting pictures of Noah playing will be next time.
