Not what we expected.

This spring break totally did not turn out as we expected. You see, we were supposed to go back to Washington DC BUT at the very last minute we had to cancel. AWWwwwww. Yes we were disappointed but we will try again next year. (And maybe I will be in a bit better shape although that's what I thought this year too. Oh well.) Well, we had to do something! So it was decided to take any of the youth that wanted to go to Sonshine Mountain Retreat Center. It was so very relaxing and to my surprise, even the teens seemed to relax and put down their phones. There was volleyball, fishing, swimming in the freezing cold water (no not me), hot dog roasting, board games, movie watching, sleeping in and staying up late and most importantly worshiping Jesus.
