Lots of painting getting done in readiness for another Fort Smith Flea Market show next weekend. I finished our little step ladder tonight. Thought I would add a little Zebra touch to our booth. Come see us.

Busy weekend! Grilled burgers, Jenny home, swam with boys and that was just on Friday night. Noah has done a complete turnaround on swimming. Just a few weeks ago he wouldn't even hardly get in the water and sure wouldn't  play in the water. He was so scared but this weekend he was a totally different child. He jumped, swam, played, had so much fun. I love it. Saturday we ate donuts, collected Katydid shells, went to Toys R Us where Jonah was in heaven. He ran from isle to isle yelling "wow". So cute. Then we went to Jonah's birthday party. His mom and dad got him a kids john deere mower with a little wagon on the back. OMGosh he was so excited and so was Noah. Those two had so much fun on that toy. Good weekend.

Auction weekend

Wow. (I think I say that a lot. Oh well.) What a weekend. I have been to two auctions, one last night that I have been to several times and bought a few good things for our booth AND one all day today. The one today was the contents of an 11,000 sq ft. four and a half million dollar home. Wow! Everything was totally awesome although it is sad too because this furniture, dishes, rugs, trucks, everything from the very smallest of items to the very largest was all a part of someones home...their life. How sad. But maybe they will gain something from everything that was sold. And because of this auction, I now have a nearly new lazyboy sleeper sofa for about a tenth of what it would have cost new. I have never been to an auction like this one. So cool, such a blessing to me and hopefully to the people who sold it.
